How much does a Skilled Worker visa cost in 2026?
£819 for up to 3 years or £1,618 for longer from outside the UK (£943 or £1,865 from inside), plus the Immigration Health Surcharge of £1,035 a year per person.
Do dependants pay the same visa fee?
Yes. Partners and children pay the same application fee as the main applicant. Children under 18 pay the reduced health surcharge of £776 a year.
Who does not pay the Immigration Health Surcharge?
Health and Care Worker visa holders and their families are exempt, along with some other groups listed on GOV.UK.
